The Office of the State Surveyor-General (OSSG) serves as the official authority responsible for survey administration, mapping, geospatial information management, and the custody of survey records within Delta State.

The Office provides technical support for land administration, physical planning, infrastructure development and government projects by maintaining accurate geospatial data and survey records.

Through the digital portal, citizens, licensed surveyors, developers, financial institutions and government agencies can conveniently request survey-related services online.

Survey Certification

Verification of survey plans, certification of survey documents, and issuance of Certified True Copies.

Land Information

Providing survey information required for Certificates of Occupancy, Governor's Consent, property registration and valuation.

Geospatial Services

Development and maintenance of mapping systems, state survey framework, boundary information and GIS datasets.

The Surveyor-General is responsible for directing the technical activities of the Office, maintaining the official survey framework of Delta State, preserving survey records, supervising mapping programmes and ensuring compliance with surveying standards.
